Requirements for CSH(tm) - ( Note: Dogs must be 2 years of age ! )

Bull Terriers

Completed CSH Application Form with signature

Photo of dog

Copy of registration papers

CSH application fee.

Documentation of the dog's health in the following areas:

1.Heart: (vet statement that dog is free of apparent heritable cardiac pathology)

2.Orthopedic: (vet statement that dog is free of apparent heritable orthopedic pathology, e.g. Hip Dysplasia, Luxated Patellae, etc.)

Dogs already clear by PennHip or OFA can instead submit copies of report findings.

3. BAER hearing test results showing bilateral hearing

4. Kidney: (Basic Lab test: U-P/C - Urine Protein-Creatinine Ratio* under .3 )

*Note: Ultrasound is now "recommended" for dogs thought to be at risk for Polycystic Kidney Disease.

 

 

Miniature Bull Terriers

1. Echocardiogram with Doppler report citing healthy heart

2. Orthopedic: (vet statement that dog is free of apparent heritable orthopedic pathology, e.g. Hip Dysplasia, Luxated Patellae, etc.)

Dogs already clear by PennHip or OFA can instead submit copies of report findings.

3. BAER hearing test results showing bilateral hearing

4. Kidney: (Basic Lab test: U-P/C - Urine Protein-Creatinine Ratio* under .3 )

5. CERF eye exam by ACVO Diplomate in Opthalmology attesting to absence of PLL and PPM

*Note: Ultrasound is now "recommended" for dogs thought to be at risk for Polycystic Kidney Disease.
